Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refund requests must be supported with clear images or videos of the issue. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Perishable or used items may not be eligible for return. Ghida reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification.
